When you receive a 502 Gateway Error, when you click “Submit Request” or other issues with the Contact Us form, please get in touch with Leopold J. Romeijn – leopold.romeijn@satimagingcorp.com and attach a KML or shapefile, for the Area Of Interest (AOI), to your E-mail. We are currently having a problem with the Contact Us webpage and will resolve the issue soon.
By completing the short form below, an SIC representative will respond to your inquiry and questions related to satellite remote sensing, mapping, GIS, and/or any of the products and services we offer.
It will expedite the response by providing geographic information for the location you want us to search for archived or collect new imagery, covering the area of interest. It will assist us if you can upload a KML/KMZ, shapefiles or just provide a Google Earth™ screenshot with geographic coordinates, including your area of interest.

Please note: Minimum order requirement for archived high-resolution satellite imagery, with a pixel resolution of 15cm, 30cm or 50cm is 25 Km2 and can be larger for other satellite sensors. Pricing for new collection of satellite imagery with 15cm. 30cm or 50cm resolution is with a minimum commitment of 64 Km2 or 100 Km2, depending on the satellite operator and product type.
